Service Description
Lake Michigan is known for its beautiful scenery along the coast, crystal clear water, and countless lighthouses. The pinnacle experience on the great lakes is the smell of that fresh air, sunrises from the water and the sound of a 20-30 pound salmon RIPPIN DRAG! Come experience the top dog of the great lakes ecosystem, the King Salmon! Trips run 5-6 hours, leaving port at 430 twice a day. We use a mixed approach of planer boards, downriggers, dipsy divers and new for 2024, jigging spoons, jigs, and paddle tails out on the big lake. We can take up to 4 guests on the big water, but max of 3 when casting to ensure everyone has enough space. On days with small craft advisories or if guests want to book this initially another option is to head to Pere Marquette Lake or Manistee Lake. Guests have an option to try their hand at vertical jigging and casting skein for fish moving into the system for the fall spawn run. We can take up to 4 guests on PM Lake or Manistee Lake, we'll be vertical jigging or using slip bobbers w/ skein Fish Cleaning is included with all trips. What do you need to bring?! Guests need to provide a Michigan fishing license and appropriate clothing for the weather that's it! Guests are welcome to bring snacks and drinks. Please note - our boat is outfitted with built in coolers for the day. Please no "YETI style" coolers on the boat. There are not any grizzlies on the water so keep those at camp and we'll enjoy more space, and less scratches in the vessel for future guests.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations with 14 days in advance of trip will receive refund of $250 deposit. Cancellations within 7 days of start of scheduled trip will result in refund of 1/2 the deposit. Cancellations within 24 hours of the trip will result in no refunds. Weather Policy: Small craft Advisory for any portion of the trip, automatic cancel, with reschedule or refund on deposit. Thunder and Lightning - we will not leave port until it has stopped for 15 minutes, we can extend the backend of the trip to ensure you get the full experience. High Winds w/o a small craft advisory are captains discretion. Light rain is not a justification for cancellation, we can put the Bimini top and curtains up and fish on!
