Cancellation Policy

Sometimes memories need to wait till next time, we will work with clients to ensure they get the memories they hoped at a later date.

Customer Cancellation

We understand life happens and you may need to cancel your trip. The more notice the better, we are not out to get rich off cancellations, but we do have to ensure people aren't booking slots and cancelling last minute.

21+ Days prior to trip - Full Refund
7-21 Days - 1/2 of Deposit refunded
Under 7 days - No refund.

If we are able to book your cancelled slot, we will apply 1/2 of the deposit amount towards your future trip.

Mother Nature

Every once in a while, mother nature throws us a curve ball and we need to adjust. Other times, it just flat out wont let us fish safely.

We monitor the weather constantly to ensure we're on the fish during the trips, but also for our safety.

Weather Policy:

Small craft Advisory for any portion of the trip, automatic cancel, with reschedule or refund on deposit. In certain situations, we may be able to explore inland lakes if clients wish. We cut our teeth on inland lakes and we're not afraid to utilize techonology to breakdown new water.
Thunder and Lightning - We will not leave port until it has stopped for 15 minutes, we can extend the backend of the trip to ensure you get the full experience.
High Winds w/o a small craft advisory are captains discretion.
Light rain is not a justification for cancellation, we can put the Bimini top and curtains up and fish on!
